Although most of the people who read this blog live about 50 yards from my front door, I thought I'd post it anyway. There are a few people that read this who I don't see everyday.

this is me at 20 weeks

Scratch, scratch! whine, whine, whine.... pause. freaked me out!

I got woken up by a random noise last night. It kept coming in, and coming out. I'd lay in bed trying to ignore it, because it was so faint, but then it wouldn't go away. At first I thought- racoon- with all the scratching. Then I thought bird with all the whimpering... so I woke Evan up, and he thought it was outside.
We finally turned the light on, and looked under our bed only to find a mouse caught in a trap. I guess Evan had put one of those sticky pads under our bed and lo and behold..!! It wasn't dead (obviously) so Evan had to get out of bed and take it outside. yuck!
I started thinking where has that thing been? It was in our bedroom-
Needless to say, it took me a good hour to fall back asleep. ohh the joys of Trailers!

It's ABOUT TIME

Well, I know, I know. What the heck has taken me so long. Actually my life has been kind of boring until this week, and now I'm crazy busy.

But first things first. We are having a little GIRL!! For those of you who don't know yet.

2nd. Our first Fall SOMD starts tomarrow, and with 3 staff, we are running around like chickens without heads. Please pray for this school. I think it will be great, but we are feeling a little frazzled. We still don't have a few speakers,and of course in true YWAM form, things on this base are falling apart! so please PRAY PRAY PRAY!

3rd. We got a dishwasher! Hoorah! Hopefully we will have it installed this week.


On a funny note, someone who recieves our newsletter took our "fake baby names" seriously. We put a little section in there with Fortunatas and Valentine... and someone got a little worried! ha!

Well off to go pick up a student, even though I would much rather be searching for cute girly things to buy for my daughter!
